After placing your order, tracking details will be updated directly on our website/app. You can track your order from processing to shipment and delivery stages.

Currently, we do not offer alteration services. However, we provide a range of sizes, and if an item does not fit, please contact support@thesilkbazaar.com. If available, we may assist with exchanges.

Yes, we accept returns if the product is damaged or if the wrong item was sent. For other cases, please refer to our Return Policy. When shopping at The Silk Bazaar, we trust that you've read and understood our terms regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds. As a small start-up, we are passionate about offering trendy designs at affordable prices.

To help with your sizing decisions, a size conversion chart is available on each product page. Measurements are in inches (in), not centimeters (cm). For any specific sizing queries, please contact us at support@thesilkbazaar.com or via WhatsApp.

We make every effort to display colors as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to monitor settings and lighting conditions. Please note that hand-embroidered items may display color differences.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. Please note that once an item is sold, no refunds will be issued.

If we’ve made an error by sending you the wrong item or a damaged product, please email support@thesilkbazaar.com with a photo of the item, or contact us via WhatsApp at +1 346-792-5311. We’ll arrange a return and send the correct item.

Once your return or cancellation is processed, the refund will be credited to your original form of payment.
